Dawn Harries

Dawn joined as a Trustee 4 years ago and has recently been appointed CEO.  She is a Chartered Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives and has worked in private practice and for a Local Authority in their Legal Departments.

More recently Dawn has run a successful bricks and mortar retail business which now operates online. She is an Independent Board Member for a Housing Association and a member of the Audit and Risk Committee who provide good quality, low cost housing to those in need of it.

Dawn is committed to promoting, sustaining and enhancing physical, emotional and mental wellbeing in the Community believing that people thrive when they have live a healthy, fulfilled life and have somewhere decent to live.

A Business Mentor with the Princes Trust for several years she enjoys working with youngsters and those from disadvantaged backgrounds helping them to bring their entrepreneurial ideas from concept to reality

Lisa Pope

Lisa has been working for BHPT for 6 years and she is one of our Community Project Workers.  Lisa is married with 2 children and a qualified midwife.  Lisa works closely with local schools, youth groups and on the Schools out for Summer Project each year.   Lisa has worked on lots of successful projects with us, including the still running, Tea Dance Sessions and the Carers Groups.

Marissa Di Bartolomeo

Marissa has been with us for over 4 years now, she is also a Community Project Worker.  Coming from 12 years in a Health & Social care background, Marissa runs the Movers and Shakers elderly project. Marissa is also involved with our Monday morning Chair Based Exercise class and the Intergenerational Project and more recently, our brand new Men’s Sheds project! 

Gemma Ford

Gemma is the newest member of the team.  She grew up around Burnham and has good local knowledge.  She started off as a volunteer with the Movers and Shakers group. Gemma is a Community Project Worker, she is married with 3 children and her background is in children’s services, benefits and economic development. She also makes cakes and loves crafts.
